I'm In Denver Bitch (and stuck on the side of the road in Idaho for 24 hours)
On our way from Boise, Idaho to Denver, Colorado, we smelled something foul. No, not Foo's jacket. We thought it was just burnt rubber on the road, but it turns out it was our tour bus engine.
Naturally, this occurred while the boys were at the Best Buy Club Beats event in Minnesota. It was just bikini girl Nikole, merch guy Daniel, security guy Paxon, tech guy Reggie and me on the bus. We were excited not only to have the bus to ourselves, but to get to Colorado to go snowboarding. We had two days off and couldn’t wait to explore.
Our bus driver broke the news to us as we pulled over in a remote, farm town in Idaho at midnight. Nikole spotted a sign reading, “Welcome to Georgetown.” After some Wikipedia research, we discovered that the town was home to just 500 people and was known for its bear and wolf population. We set up camp until the morning. There wasn’t a restaurant or gas station in sight, so I made everyone peanut butter and jelly sandwiches while we watched Dr. Drew’s Sex Rehab and For the Love of Ray J.
